Refund Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within thirty (30) days of receipt or (7) days of your delivery date, with proof of purchase. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom or special orders, items that have been installed, any fabrics, bedding, linen, cloths used or laundered, mattresses, and/or foundations no longer in their original packaging. BWI Design reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client. Restocking fee

Furniture and lighting are subjected to a restocking fee of 35% if returned by any customer. These items must be returned in the original packaging, packed exactly as it was shipped, otherwise returns will not be accepted. Installed, customized, or rewired lighting is not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for shipping back to BWI Design. There is no restocking fee if the product is unopened or if the purchase and the return both occur within: AL, CO, HI, IA, MS, OH, OK, SC, and where prohibited by law. The restocking fee will be taxed in select states.

Final sale and nonreturnable items

All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders and personalized orders. The following are final sales, and not eligible for refunds or exchanges: Furniture, wallpaper, fabric, accessories, art, custom orders, sale items, and all marble products.

Like-new condition

Items need to be returned in a like-new condition and their original tags must be attached for us to accept a return. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, or missing major contents may be denied a return. Any fabrics, bedding, linen, and cloth used or laundered cannot be returned. If any of said items were purchased by any vendor outside of BWI Design, you must adhere to their return or exchange policies. BWI Design is not responsible for returns or exchanges on an item sold by outside vendors.

Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits, or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. BWI Design reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

Delivery and Shipping

In-stock items are quickly processed and normally ship within 5-7 business days after placing an order.

You will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. A traceable return shipping method is required (FedEx, UPS, etc). Returns must be received in original condition and the original packaging within 30 days. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. Cancelations

Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Furniture, Custom, and Special Order items cannot be canceled. Orders are quickly processed. You may cancel within 24 hours of placing an order. After the 24-hour window, your cancellation will be handled as a return or exchange, and will follow that policy. No delivery fee will be charged for all orders that are canceled Within the cancellation window. For special order items, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed. If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) prior to delivery, your 50% deposit will not be refunded. Please send any cancellation requests to [email protected]

Price Adjustments

Requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 14 days of receipt of your package.
